The best way is to make a pack upon graduationto keep in touch. Create a committee to that sends out a yearly postcard asking for update to phone numbers, mailing addresses, email addresses.  Also request parent and sibling contact information regarding the same information. Share the information with other classes. Maintain a database or use SC Alumni database.
