Fountaintown at one time offered three years of high school besides elementary; 1916-1917 offered 10 grades; 1925-1926 was the first year for just eight grades.
Who knew?
When the Morristown Elementary building opened in 1974, the Fountaintown Elementary was sold to Marshall Shaw. For the next three years the building housed the Greenfield Christian School. Afterwards, it was used by several businesses.
