Home of the Mohawks Waldron is located in the South East corner of Shelby County, Indiana.  Only four students graduated from the first High School class of Waldron High School in 1899.   Back then, students only attended two years of advance learning.  After several years of additions, a four year program was adopted in 1913.  A new school replaced the existing building in 1942. In the late 1950s, the school was remodel to it's current structure.
